Our consulting approach is based on real diagnostics, honest conversation, and practical formation. Every engagement follows a proven process:
Step 1: The Anonymous Observatio
We attend one of your services unannounced to observe culture, team dynamics, and systems without fanfare. This gives us raw insight into what’s working, and what’s not.
Step 2: Pastoral Strategy Session
We sit down with the senior pastor for a one-on-one session to discuss leadership health, clarify current challenges, and identify alignment gaps between vision and execution.
Step 3: The Leadership Diagnostic
Your team completes the 3H Change Alignment Assessment, our signature diagnostic rooted in biblical principles and organizational clarity. This helps us pinpoint where breakdowns occur: in the Heart (values), Head (thinking), or Hands (systems).
Step 4: The Weekend Leadership Immersion
A two-day on-site intensive (Friday–Saturday) that jumpstarts your 6-Week Leadership Reset Sprint with hands-on training and spiritual renewal.
Step 5: The Sprint Begins
Your team walks through six weeks of structured leadership development using our FORMED Leadership toolkit, with you leading and us providing weekly support check-ins.
Step 6: The Review & Roadmap
We return for a final in-person intensive, conduct post-assessments, celebrate wins, and deliver a 90-Day Implementation Plan to sustain momentum.
