Hi, I’m Joshua McElhaney
I’ve been a pastor, leader, consultant, and a man formed by fire.
My leadership journey didn’t begin on a platform. It began in the hidden places, through heartbreak, burnout, healing, and restoration.
For over two decades, I’ve served leaders, churches, and teams. But what changed everything for me was realizing this:
Healthy leadership doesn’t begin with skill. It begins with formation.
That’s why I created the 3H™ Model, a biblically grounded framework that reshapes leaders from the inside out. Built on Deuteronomy 6:5, it anchors spiritual maturity, emotional health, and strategic effectiveness into one transformational system.
This isn’t just my calling. It’s my testimony.
